Introduction to the main process
1. Clean and polluted diversion
The first step: divert the concentrated waste liquid from the workshop and the cleaning water. The reuse of the concentrated waste liquid is not considered in this plan. The cleaning water is reused in the cleaning tank of the pre-treatment production line after treatment.
The second step: the concentrated waste liquid is strictly prohibited from entering the reuse system.
The third step: the pre-treatment cleaning water wastewater is collected and enters the collection bucket, and the pH is adjusted to enter the subsequent dynamic membrane system
2. Dynamic membrane filtration system
The first step: adjust the pH value to about 6-8, and filter it through the pre-filtration system.
The second step: after pH adjustment and pre-filtration, enter the dynamic membrane system. The dynamic membrane system can destroy the surfactant to prevent subsequent RO fouling
3. After dynamic membrane filtration, enter the subsequent double membrane system
Step 1: The incoming water after dynamic membrane filtration enters the T40 special membrane separation system, where the special membrane of T40 separates the organic matter in the wastewater and then enters the subsequent RO system.
Step 2: The fresh water after T40 filtration enters the subsequent RO system for deep desalination, and the desalinated fresh water returns to the workshop for reuse.
